Awesome customer service, well packed products. Super helpful & answered many (sometimes silly) questions. Also included magazines in my package which was a nice surprise! The neo pipes they carry are great for those of us who break glass lily pipes.

Looking forward to the grand opening. Recently purchased an oase hob filter for my little 10G. Rad made it easy to pick up. The warehouse is like a candy store for aquascapers. In the process of convincing my wife why we need another tank just so I can go shopping here.

They have a huge selection of UNS ultra clear tank of different sizes which is very difficult to find here in the lower mainland. Super nice owner managed to arrange a local pickup on weekends within next day of purchase. They also cover all the supplies to set up a fully equipped aquarium.

I bought an OASE Crystal Skim 350, and it works very well. I like the multiple set-ups you can use with this skimmer. I was able to pick the item up at his new showroom. I highly recommend RAD.

I've ordered tanks, filters and others many times from Rad now and everytime the service is just pristine. Everything comes extremely well packaged and even though I'm located on the other side of Canada I never got any cracked tanks. They have a huge range of amazing high quality products and are always my go to place whenever I need to upgrade my tanks or add to my aquarium collection.
